The Sawalha family have been running Carn Brea Castle Restaurant as a family business for over 30 years. Our father Mr Munir Sawalha took the restaurant over in early 1990 and brought a little taste of Jordan to Cornwall. I am sure most of our older customers will always remember dad outside in the restaurant serving tables and later playing his beloved drum. Unfortunately we lost dad to illness.. But his passion and love for the restaurant remains with us and stays as well run and different as it always was apart from the drums!”
